Return Policy

At Los Rosales, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns:
We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@losrosales.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please note, items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at sales@losrosales.com right away. We will assess the situation and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable Goods:
    Since your sauces are food products, they fall under the category of perishable goods. For health and safety reasons, food products are generally not returnable once opened.
  • Opened or Used Products:
    Once your sauce jars are opened or the seal is broken, they cannot be returned due to health and hygiene concerns. This applies even if the product appears unused but the packaging has been tampered with.

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items . If you have any concerns regarding the eligibility of an item for return, feel free to reach out to us.

Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way to do so is by returning the original item and placing a new order for the item you desire.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
